1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to CamerounCanada.ca (“Website”), a directory service connecting the Cameroonian community in Canada with businesses, services, and cultural resources. a. Submission: By submitting a Business Listing or any Content:

  • You warrant you own or have necessary rights to the Content.

  • You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the Content on our Website and promotional materials.

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your Content.
    b. Content Guidelines: Listings must:

  • Be accurate and current.

  • Relate to legitimate businesses/services relevant to the Cameroonian-Canadian community.

  • Not contain offensive, discriminatory, or illegal material.

  • Not promote adult services, gambling, or other restricted industries without our prior consent.
    c. Our Rights: We reserve the right to:

  • Review, edit, modify, or remove any Content at our sole discretion.

  • Reject or remove listings that violate these Terms.

  • Verify business information through reasonable means.

5. Intellectual Property
a. Our Ownership: The Website design, logo, layout, and all proprietary Content (except user submissions) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
b. Trademarks: “CamerounCanada.ca” and our logo are trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

    c. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Any Content submitted by third parties.
    Our total liability shall not exceed CAD $100.
